Administrative Assistant IV
Shift Timing : 08 : 30 am and 05 : 30 pm

The Office of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and Beneficiary Administrative Action unit needs temporary clerical staff to assist in processing checks received from the County Board of Social Services (CBOSS); process data retrieval request, eligibility look up, inputting information into data systems, filing, photocopying, data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Temporary clerical staff will record checks received from the CBOSS in the Incorrectly Paid Benefits (IPB) system, enter data into spreadsheets for Data Retrieval unit, file closed OPRA requests, Business Associate Agreements (BAA), Mou's, and data sharing agreements.
The temp staff will do clerical work for the BAAU unit such as data entry, enter PACE checks into the REC system, produce eligibility in NJP, enter information into the IPB system, and send information to Revenue via IPB system. Temp will produce microfiche requests for the BAAU and Estate recovery unit, and enter data into Guardianship spreadsheet, Enter information into the Data Retrieval spreadsheet, create and maintain files and file for the various programs with in BAAU.
