Job Description:
- Support large and complex desktop environments, particularly VDI solutions.
- Work on Desktop transformation programs, including profile management, optimization, and Citrix policy creation.
- Manage application and OS deployments and patch management processes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize VDI and physical desktop environments.
- Assist in client Windows client migration projects.
- Provide high-quality documentation for desktop platforms.
- Participate in weekend or shift work as needed to meet business demands.
