Requirement for Inventory Specialist (Onsite)

Description:

Title: Inventory Specialist (Fulltime)

Duration: 6 months on W2 Benefits

Locations: Shawnee, KS 66227/Chelmsford, MA 01824/Lancaster, TX 75134/Hines, IL 69141/Ladson, SC 29456

Responsibilities:

Performs tasks related to the movement, restocking and accounting of items stored in various locations. Responsibilities can include compiling and maintaining records, identifying types of supplies, and suggesting re-order points for revolving stock.

Maintains inventories of drugs and supplies, stocking shelves, rotating stock, and checking expiration date of pharmaceuticals

Fills/stocks medications in various automated devices and storage locations

Operates various types of pharmacy automation, including, but not limited to, Autofill devices; Baker Cells; Kalish cells, A-frames; repackaging equipment; electronic scales.

Read computer screens, use scanning equipment, select specific drugs/products required to fill an order by name, strength, and National Drug Code (NDC) number.

Education & experience:

High School (HS) or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

Four years of experience

Must be able to understand how to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Have basic typing and PC computer skills.

Must read, understand, speak, and write English fluently

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when required; push or pull up to 150 pounds on a rolling cart or using a pallet jack. Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time (8-10 hours), stoop, reach upward and withstand various types of repetitive motion inherent in the various tasks to be performed.

Hours of Operation:

Shawnee: 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM (staggered start times) Monday through Friday

Chelmsford: 6:00 AM -2:30 PM Monday through Friday

Lancaster: 6:00 AM 2:30 and 3:00 PM 11:30 PM Monday through Friday

Hines, IL: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Monday through Friday

Ladson, SC: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday through Friday; and 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Monday through Friday
