Enforce authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) policies using ISE to ensure secure network access for devices, users, and applications.
Work with other IT and security teams to support the deployment of the Cisco Secure Client, ensuring proper functionality and that proper security controls are in place.
Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to network access control, identity management, and network security.
Qualifications :
Proven experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) log analysis in a production environment.
Strong knowledge of network access control (NAC), AAA (authentication, authorization, and accounting), and security protocols such as RADIUS, TACACS , and X0X.1X in wired and wireless environments.
Extensive experience with Cisco Secure Client installation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Windows X0 / 1X client authentication certificate analysis and remediation.
Experience with network devices such as Cisco switches and wireless controllers.
Familiarity with network security best practices and frameworks (NIST, ISO XX001, etc).
Certifications such as Cisco CCNP Security, CCNA Security, or Cisco ISE-related certifications are highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and providing documentation.
Understanding of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) and integration with ISE for user authentication and authorization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
