We are seeking an experienced Senior EUC (End-User Computing) Manager to lead and manage enterprise-level desktop and laptop services in a services-based organization . The role involves overseeing the supply chain management (SCM) of end-user devices , coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless IT support for end-user computing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, vendor management experience, and expertise in IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-User Computing Management : Oversee and manage the desktop and laptop environment , ensuring efficient deployment, maintenance, and support.
- Supply Chain Coordination : Work closely with the SCM team to manage inventory, procurement, and distribution of end-user computing devices.
- Vendor Management : Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support services.
- IT Service Delivery : Ensure adherence to SLAs and ITIL processes to deliver high-quality EUC services.
- Security & Compliance : Ensure compliance with IT security policies , software licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement : Continuously improve EUC processes, automation, and service efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with internal IT teams, procurement, and business units to optimize EUC solutions.
- Incident & Problem Management : Monitor and resolve issues related to end-user devices, working closely with IT support teams.
