In your new role you will :
- Provide customer interaction experience through FAE shadowing
- Learn / use product and application collateral
- Experience hands-on work with Infineon evaluation boards and development tools
- Understand and use the processes in place related to FAE's, such as those related to customer relationship management customer technical support
- Understand some of the challenges FAE's may face and begin to contribute towards solving them
