Job Description
In your new role you will :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Industry 4.0 and lights-out automation implementation strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Lead a team of engineers and managers to design, develop, and deploy Industry 4.0 solutions , including artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, and robotics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement including developing business case
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency, yield, and quality
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure successful implementation of Industry 4.0 and automation initiatives
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement , encouraging experimentation and learning from failures
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and industry associations
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of Industry 4.0 and automation initiatives, including ROI, productivity ,and quality improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to Industry 4.0 and automation
