Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Manage calendars and meetings including publishing agendas
- Support key meetings with notes/actions
- Manage org charts
- Make managertravel arrangements and help submit expenses
- Be expert on travel policyand systems
- Publish team PTO calendars as needed for holiday periods
- Help with team member life events
- Help host visitors and their agendas
- Arrange team events/outings
- Audit offices for clean/orderly
- Train people on systems where needed
- Timely respond to appropriate team requests
- Brighten people's day
- Develop
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Experience and demonstrated skills in some administrative tasks as listed above, positive people interaction, timely responses andproactive approach to assignments, learning systems rapidly, practicaluse of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
