Infinite Academics is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This full-time role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations, facilitating effective communication, and enhancing client engagement. The ideal candidate will also have a solid background in sales, be comfortable with technology, and possess exceptional organizational skills to effectively support our growing organization.

Position Summary
As an Office Administrator, you will oversee daily operations, manage administrative tasks, facilitate effective communication, and support client onboarding processes. This role requires the ability to handle multiple priorities, provide exceptional support to clients, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for team members.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress, tutor assignments, and class schedules using tools like Google Workspace and Notion.
  • Implement office management best practices to improve workflow and productivity.

Client Onboarding and Support:

  • Facilitate the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Provide comprehensive information about Infinite Academics’ services to help clients select the best options for their needs.
  • Support clients during their initial interactions with Infinite Academics to build trust and ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales and Business Growth:

  • Leverage communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospective and current clients, promoting Infinite Academics’ services.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for growth, upselling services, and implementing strategies to drive enrollment.

Marketing and Event Coordination:

  • Assist with the implementation of social media posts and marketing initiatives to promote Infinite Academics’ services.
  • Provide logistical support for events, workshops, and promotional activities.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years of prior experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably within an educational or service-focused environment.
  • Proven experience in sales or client relationship management.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and familiarity with tools like Notion or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable with learning and using new technology to enhance efficiency.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in training development and employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
  • Russian language proficiency is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
