Requirements of Hospice:
Help our team provide compassionate care to the patients in our community offering the best care programs available in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Requirements of Hospice:
- Current LVN license in State of CA
- One year of experience preferred
- Experience in hospice preferred
Hospice LVN Duties Include:
- Service a range of patients and family during transition of life
- Ensure quality and safe delivery of Hospice services
- Implements current nursing practices and provide direct hands-on care within scope of practice
- Obtains orders as needed to promote comfort and quality of life
- Keep Case Manager informed of all changes in condition and orders obtained
