IT Telecom Architects -Full Time

We are seeking multiple IT Telecom Architects at different levels, including Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, and System Architects, to join our growing team.

The ideal candidates will have deep expertise in Telecom IT Architecture and hands-on experience in one or more of the following subdomains:
Inventory & Topology
Network Planning & Engineering
Network Assurance & Service Assurance
Service Fulfillment & Troubleshooting
Field & Center Operations
Broadband Technologies
Collections & Data Mediation
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect end-to-end telecom IT solutions aligned with business needs, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
Define enterprise-wide architecture strategies, ensuring interoperability between OSS/BSS systems and network components.
Provide thought leadership on cloud adoption, AI/ML, automation, and data-driven architectures in the telecom ecosystem.
Work closely with network engineers, developers, and business teams to drive innovation in service fulfillment, assurance, and customer experience.
Ensure architectural compliance with industry standards such as TM Forum, ETSI, MEF, and 3GPP.
Lead technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and strategic roadmaps for telecom IT transformation.
Enhance operational efficiencies through automation, analytics, and AI.
Provide guidance on the integration of 5G, IoT, Fiber, and Broadband services into existing telecom IT landscapes.
Required Qualifications
5 years (Architects) / 10 years (Senior/Enterprise Architects) of experience in telecom IT architecture.
Strong understanding of OSS/BSS architectures, network operations, and service management frameworks.
Hands-on experience in one or more telecom IT domains such as network planning, service fulfillment, assurance, mediation, or collections.
Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and containerization
Familiarity with 5G, Fiber, VoIP, SDN/NFV, and Broadband.
Strong grasp of data models, ETL, and AI-driven analytics
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks
Experience with cloud platforms and telecom-grade security best practices.
Knowledge of TM Forum standards
