Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Operational Analyst to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and good communication abilities to analyze data, generate reports, and collaborate with various teams to improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to team members and management.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
