What does a successful Product Manager do?
As a Product Manager at Fiserv, you will champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product. Your role will focus on being outcome-driven with an empathetic approach to understanding user needs, ensuring the product delivers exceptional value. You will collaborate across functions, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to translate competitive strategies into actionable roadmaps.
What you will do:
- Lead and own the strategy and roadmap for business process solutions highly utilized in the payments industry.
- Utilize data to analyze internal and external customer behavior, identifying key focus areas for product development.
- Discover opportunities to improve efficiency by optimizing workflows used frequently by financial institutions.
- Manage a portfolio of payments solutions, including payment acceptance and user experience enhancements.
- Evaluate emerging payment technologies and vendors, transforming stakeholder experiences.
What you will need to have:
- 4 years of experience in Product Management or strategy-related consulting.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent and/or equivalent military experience and/or professional experience.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
What would be great to have:
- Consulting experience.
- Experience in Financial Technology, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Master s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and user-driven development.
