Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MuleSoft Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions using MuleSoft. This role requires a deep understanding of integration architecture, best practices, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Lead the architecture and design of complex integration projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of MuleSoft developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and industry trends.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle business discussions and negotiations to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Lead client discussions to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide project updates.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear communication of project goals and progress.

Qualifications:

• MCA / bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in integration architecture and development.
• Extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API-led connectivity, MuleSoft Runtime, and MuleSoft CloudHub.
• Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to handle business discussions and client negotiations.
• Experience in leading client discussions and managing client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
• Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions
• Knowledge of SOA principles, data integration, APIs and microservices
• Excellent understanding of integration design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with integration tools and platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect / MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect.
• Experience with other integration platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven work experience as an Integration Architect or similar role
