AVP/VP Delivery Healthcare

Job Descriptions :

This person must act as client's trusted advisor, managing end-to-end account management, providing deep oversight over the delivery, quite adept with delivery metrics and handling large complex delivery model, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving business development.

Preferably, with healthcare background on Payor and MMIS lines of business.

Preferred location is Dallas or somewhat in the proximity to Dallas, TX .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
2. Delivery Management: Oversee the successful execution of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they meet contractual obligations, SLAs, and quality standards.
3. Project Planning and Execution: Drive the development of project plans, manage budgets, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that arise. This role will do frequent status reporting and issue management with the Client CIO, VP and Director levels.
5. Growth and Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand the account and drive delivery-led growth.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery.
7. Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and take corrective action when needed.
8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
