Job Title: Director of Innovation and Technology

Location: NYC-Based/Primarily Remote with In-Person Requirements: Qualified applicants must reside within the NYC area and be able to attend in-person meetings as required.

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $150,000

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Director of Innovation and Technology to lead the development and implementation of innovative technologies and systems. This role is critical to our culture of innovation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams to drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s innovation and technology strategy to align with business goals.
• Lead the IT team and app developers, growing and expanding the team as needed.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and market opportunities to improve products and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that enhance productivity and customer experience.
• Develop and execute AI and ML strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on Microsoft tools and technology solutions helping the team implement them for optimal efficiency.
• Oversee technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain relationships with external technology partners to explore new solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and security standards.
• Manage IT infrastructure and security, including system availability, scalability, firewalls, access controls, and the deployment of new machines.
• Oversee employee offboarding, ensuring secure access removal and proper data management.
• Manage the development and growth of the Infinite One App.
• Foster a culture of innovation and adoption of new technologies.

Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7 years of experience in a technology leadership role, including managing innovation and technology strategies.
• Expertise in emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to NYC regularly for meetings.
