Reports To: Executive Director
Position Summary: The On-site Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Infinite Continuous Care program. This role includes managing the care of children and youth, supervising staff, ensuring the effective execution of treatment plans, and adhering to professional and regulatory standards. The On-site Program Manager is crucial for maintaining program quality and compliance with agency policies and governmental agreements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- On-site Presence:
- Serve as the on-site manager for the Infinite Continuous Care program.
- Ensure adherence to agency policies and agreements with governmental entities.
- Coordination:
- Oversee and manage daily operations related to the care and support of children and youth.
- Supervise case managers and direct care staff to ensure effective service delivery and support.
- Staff Development:
- Monitor and support the professional development and training of staff members.
- Ensure staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for their roles.
- Treatment Plan Execution:
- Ensure that each child’s or youth’s treatment and care plan is executed effectively and completed as outlined.
- Monitor and review treatment progress, making adjustments as needed in collaboration with the care team.
- Professional Accreditation:
- Adhere to and comply with any professional accreditation requirements applicable to the role and the agency.
- Availability:
- Maintain availability by telephone during regular business hours to address operational issues and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with one year of relevant experience; or
- Associate degree with two years of relevant experience; or
- Three years of relevant full-time experience in a similar role.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must comply with any written and signed agreements with governmental entities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
