Sales & Support Specialist

OVERVIEW

The Sales and Support Specialist reports to the Director of Market Support. This position supports Sales and Support teams in all ancillary job functions including order submission, order information gathering, and post campaign sales collateral creation. The Sales Support Specialist provides additional support when needed to ensure clear and timely communication.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Proposals

• Case Studies

• Insertion Order Assistance

• Building custom dashboards as needed for clients/markets.

• Internal software system updates and refinement including needs in Front, YCBM, and Zapier

• Assist with reporting needs from Tapclicks, Simpli.fi. Analytics, etc.

• Provide overflow coverage on communication as needed. Primary times would include beginning of the month when reporting is heavy and end of month when new launches are occurring.

• Oversee and manage chalk Talk items as needed by the team. This would include following up with msm/dmc teams to ensure that correspondence has occurred and that we’re getting things out in a timely manner as well as drafting correspondence to the markets.

• Monitor PDC asks on IO and CO threads and correct if needed. MSMs will tag where applicable. This can be for clarification purposes, additional details, budget/product fixes.

• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

• Outstanding interpersonal relationship-building skills

• Excellent organizational skills with detail orientation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• Experience: Marketing agency experience preferred but not required.

• Specific Skills: Must be proficient with Google docs & Microsoft software suite. Project Management software and web experience is a plus.
