JOB TITLE: Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
The Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist assists with helping the Logistics and Procurement Manager in managing the warehouse where inventory is stored until needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Arranging incoming deliveries in designated storage areas
- Arranging shipping and receiving supplies
- Building kits for clients
- Assist in the count of physical inventory
- Assisting couriers with keeping supplies on hand
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: There are no supervisory duties associated with this position.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehousing, order picking, shipping, and receiving, product stocking, or other inventory related positions.
- Reading, writing, and basic math skills.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, standing, and walking
- Must comply with all safety and PPE requirements
- Able to occasionally lift, carry, and/or move up to 25 pounds and able to occasionally push or pull items
- Able to use close vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus
- Ability to read effectively from a computer screen and/or paper copy
- Must have dexterity of hands and fingers and manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment, such as computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, etc.
- Basic computer knowledge to complete digital paperwork and shipping documents
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work in an office environment
- Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers and printers)
- Willingness to work additional hours during the week and/or weekend, if required
