What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics and Fulfillment Director position at Paleovalley?
As a Warehouse Inventory Lead at Paleovalley, you will be responsible for supervising a team of direct reports and overseeing all hourly warehouse employees. We are committed to making delicious, high-quality products that do not cut corners.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant warehouse experience, including warehouse supervisory experience and management of a storage warehouse or 3PL. They should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and modify priorities accordingly.
We make great use of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, but there is still some lifting required. Also, some of our customers with large families regularly have 40 lb deliveries. The employee must be able to analyze basic warehouse needs and purchase what is needed.
We are passionate about supporting regenerative agriculture by expanding the market for grass fed and pasture-raised meats.
