What we’re looking for


An Account Supervisor to play a leading role in managing client relationships as the main point of contact for a portfolio of legal and professional services account teams. You will guide the development and execution of strategic media relations initiatives while monitoring deliverables, team performance and budgets. Outside of day-to-day client work you will have opportunities for professional development through mentoring junior employees, direct access to agency leadership, participating in new business pitches and supporting crisis and litigation communications projects.


You will be key member of a dynamic, high-functioning team, a strong writer, trend spotter and creative brainstormer who isn’t afraid to share ideas and opinions. Ideal candidates will have 5-6 years of B2B agency or in-house PR experience, with at least four of those years in a directly client-facing/account management role.


What you’d do


  • Effectively handle all aspects of proactive and reactive media relations activities for a portfolio of professional services clients.
  • Develop clear, thoughtful, and strategic communications (strategy plans, client emails, intake memos, etc.) with minimal input from account lead.
  • Articulate, implement, and manage day-to-day execution of account strategy.
  • Facilitate client calls and meetings and serve as highly responsive day-to-day client contact.
  • Demonstrate a proficient understanding of your clients’ business and the competitive landscape. Provide strategic recommendations and creative ideas and proactively identify and address clients’ needs.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of account teams. Ensure quality work, deadline adherence, effective processes, and that team consistently meets or exceeds agreed upon expectations, deliverables, and metrics.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills; ability to take responsibility for a diverse number of projects and to complete them in a timely manner with general direction from account lead.
  • Participate in the new business process by articulating strategies and tactics and attending pitch meetings.
  • Serve as a line manager for junior professionals; provide onboarding support, training and ongoing feedback and participate in reviews.
  • Act as a mentor for junior colleagues by modeling desired behavior; demonstrate a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, commitment to collegiality and growth mindset.

Why we want you


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years’ PR / communications experience. Exposure to professional services / B2B clients is required; previous agency experience is highly preferred.
  • Highly curious, creative, and results-driven, with superior critical thinking, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing a variety of creative and effective public relations initiatives that have generated measurable results for clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team and lead multiple projects simultaneously; making sound judgments on a daily basis and knowing when to seek senior counsel.
  • Strong understanding of how law firms and professional services organizations can effectively communicate to their audiences.
  • Demonstrated strength as a writer; knowledge of AP style and ability to proof, edit and coach others’ writing abilities.

The current annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 to $94,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Infinite Global's total compensation package for employees.
