Position Summary
The Foreman will oversee and participate in the execution of residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. This role requires a balance of leadership and hands-on labor, often working independently or as part of a team on-site.
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:
- Supervise, manage, and work alongside crews on roofing, flooring, and remodeling projects.
- Coordinate daily tasks based on project schedules and deadlines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between management, clients, and field teams.

Hands-On Work:
- Perform skilled labor tasks, including but not limited to roofing installations and repairs, flooring installations, and remodeling projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site efficiently and effectively.

Quality Control:
- Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with safety and building codes.
- Conduct on-site inspections to guarantee quality and accuracy.

Resource Management:
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure project efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.

Safety & Compliance:
- Promote and enforce a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards and company policies.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to crew members to ensure safety practices are followed.
Qualifications

Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in construction, with expertise in roofing, flooring, and remodeling.
- Previous experience in a leadership or foreman role is preferred.

Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, flooring materials, and remodeling practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when necessary.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with basic technology, including smartphones and project management apps.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
