Project Manager – Home Services (Roofing & Epoxy Flooring)
Position Overview :
We are a rapidly expanding home services company specializing in roofing and epoxy flooring. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee our growing portfolio of projects and services. This role requires a dynamic individual who can estimate quotes, meet with field teams, perform roofing work when necessary, and train our team in general contracting basics.

Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management :
Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing and epoxy flooring projects from start to finish.
Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope and provide detailed and accurate job estimates.
Act as the primary point of contact for field teams, providing support, guidance, and training.
Perform roofing work and assist on-site as needed to maintain project quality and timelines.
Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with industry regulations.
Serve as a liaison between clients, team members, and company leadership.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years in project management, roofing, epoxy flooring, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
Ability to perform physical labor when necessary, including roofing work.
