Core Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Assistant:
- Own the relationship with a portfolio of customers and ultimately be responsible for the customers’ onboarding, adoption, and renewal
- Support clients with all implementation and platform issues
- Answer customer inquiries and help to educate them in person
- Have daily/weekly cadence for meeting with strategic clients
- Must be able to understand and break down a customer workflow and map it back to our product
- Manage and collaborate as a team to resolve at-risk customer escalations across your book
- Be the voice of our customers with the product and engineering teams. Gather, prioritize, and communicate feedback and feature requests
- Monitor and manage the account health of your book of business to ensure our customers stay engaged

- You can simplify the complex (our clients are inherently non-technical by nature so you must be able to work with them.)
- You are a self-starter

- You have impeccable attention to detail
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales is preferred, but not required
- Willing to understand the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and clients
