Job Overview
Infinite Property Management is seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our residential and commercial properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing prompt, professional, and courteous service to tenants and owners alike.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to work orders and perform a variety of tasks involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Prepare units for new tenants including turnover tasks such as painting, patching, cleaning, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Communicate clearly with Maintenance Manager regarding status of work orders, required parts, and scheduling.
• Document all work performed, including time, materials, and resolution in the work order system.
• Assist with emergency maintenance calls, including after-hours rotation.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Infinite Property Management in a respectful and courteous manner.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance preferred.
• General knowledge of building systems and trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer or mobile device proficiency for updating work orders and communication.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in inclement weather.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, crawl, and work on ladders or in confined spaces.
• May involve exposure to cleaning agents, paint, dust, and other materials.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
