About the Role :

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Alliance Executive to join our team at Infinite Ranges. In this role, you will develop and manage key partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and other stakeholders, driving business growth and expanding our market presence. Your ability to negotiate strategic agreements and work cross-functionally will help accelerate our goals and establish Infinite Ranges as a top-tier partner in the IT and DevSecOps space.

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales teams, and technical teams.
  • Negotiate partnership and SOW agreements, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to leverage partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and track alliance performance, adjusting strategy as needed to optimize results.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities based on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote alliance initiatives and build brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Prioritize potential alliance partners based on strategic fit and mutual value.

What We Want To See :

  • 5 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or partnership development, preferably in IT services or technology.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • A strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with technology vendors, system integrators, and channel partners is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Partnership Management Platforms
  • Industry-specific technologies (depending on partner ecosystem)
  • Bonus Points for :

  • Knowledge or experience with DevSecOps solutions
  • Experience with VMWare and AWS partners
  • Certifications in business development, partnership management, or cloud technologies
  • Experience attending and representing companies at partner events and conferences
  • Compensation :

    The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 , depending on experience, skills, and location. In addition to the base salary, this position offers a generous commission structure with significant earning potential.
