Medical spa seeking an exceptional office manager for a a full time position. We pride ourselves on being a workplace that runs like a family, we each help with all the moving parts in our office to ensure that our patients are happy and well cared for. We are looking to add a great team member who has a hard work ethic and can help with all areas of the clinic to help it run smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree
- Microsoft Office
- Customer Service
- Medical Industry experience (Preferred)
- Marketing Experience (Preferred)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a medical industry preferably plastic surgery or medical spa environment.
- Seasoned in skin care/aesthetics (we will provide additional training as needed)
- Prior knowledge with HIPPA compliance
- Knowledge of quickbooks accounting software
- Marketing skills and the use of social media and marketing platforms such as constant contact
- Creative in nature to come up with monthly specials and new innovative ideas to grow the clinic
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers by name and with enthusiasm
- Set appointments with the online software
- Handle online patient inquiries
- Answer the phone to make and reschedule appointments
- Make the patient/customer feel warm and welcome
- Manage the providers schedule to make the clinic run smoothly each day
- Help with social media posts and marketing email blasts
- Be creative with specials and marketing to help grow the clinic and patient database
- Be knowledgeable and help promote the spa services and products
- Walk new customers through the services
- Have patients check in and fill out online paperwork and consent forms
- Check out patients and collect and take money
- Answer important questions about our treatments
- Provide consistent friendly service
- Maintain spa facility and appearance such as light cleaning
- Assist with administrative duties such as ordering supplies, filing, database entry
- Facilitate meetings with vendors and office staff
- Opening and closing procedures

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
