INFINITEK are excited to be working with a leading chemical manufacturer and we're looking for a Site Procurement Manager to oversee procurement and materials management activities, ensuring seamless operations while upholding safety, quality, and cost objectives. This is a leadership role that serves as the vital link between Corporate Procurement and site operations, aligning procurement strategies with business goals.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Procurement Processes – Manage sourcing, contracting, purchase orders, and supplier relationships to support site operations.
Oversee Materials Management – Ensure optimal inventory levels, warehouse efficiency, and timely availability of critical equipment, materials, and supplies.
Drive Cost Savings & Supplier Performance – Negotiate contracts, analyze bids, and develop award recommendations for site-specific needs.
Collaborate with Engineering & Maintenance – Develop critical spare parts lists, optimize inventory accuracy, and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Supervise & Develop a High-Performing Team – Manage procurement and warehouse staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
10 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment (chemical plant or refinery experience preferred).
2-3 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record in procurement, planning, or inventory control.
Expertise in ERP Procurement & Inventory Management (JDE preferred).
Strong negotiation, data analysis, and supplier management skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to influence change, drive efficiency, and enhance supplier performance.
