What You’ll Do:
Handle all incoming calls and inquiries to the main line – about 40 calls per day. Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and employees. Serve as primary point of contact for visitors and deliveries, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipient/department. help out with office maintenance requests. Bring order to our physical and digital files. Provide support for multiple business entities operating from the physical office location. Perform basic administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
