RInfinity Communications LLC seeks a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to join the Chief Technology Office (CTO) team. This office-based role is critical to supporting sourcing and procuring parts for generators and cell sites, managing vendor relationships, maintaining internal records, and updating external client systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates excellent attention to detail. Proficiency or willingness to learn tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Monday.com, QuickBooks, and Fishbowl Inventory Management System is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Procurement
- Collaborate with vendors to identify and procure essential parts and materials for generators and cell sites.
- Identify the best pricing and delivery timelines to align with the project and operational goals.
- Monitor and track orders using QuickBooks, Monday.com, and Fishbowl Inventory Management System to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
Telemetry Management
- Work closely with the Project Manager of Telemetry on closing tickets promptly based on close-out packages received for telemetry.
- Maintain and update trackers in Microsoft Excel, ensuring accurate and timely recordkeeping to support the operations.
Data Management and Reporting
- Perform data entry, develop spreadsheets, and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Keep internal databases and client-facing information systems, including Monday.com, updated and accurate.
Coordination and Communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for vendors and internal teams.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve procurement-related challenges and align activities with organizational objectives.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on order statuses and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sourcing, procurement, or program coordination.
- Familiarity with parts and materials for generators and cell sites.
- Experience working with telemetry ticketing systems and data management.
- Proficiency in Monday.com, QuickBooks, and Fishbowl Inventory Management System.
Work Environment:
This role operates exclusively in an office setting as part of the Chief Technology Office, contributing to critical technology operations, sourcing and procurement, vendor coordination, and telemetry management
