Job Title : Operations Project Manager

Position Summary :
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in business operations and / or accounting to join our team immediately. This role will focus on overseeing critical business operations projects, working closely with other project managers to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Business Unit Projects : Manage the implementation of NetSuite Centralized Commission Payables processes across approximately 100 business units.
- Year-End 1099 Reporting : Oversee and ensure the successful completion of 1099 reporting for 2024, targeted for completion by January.
- Enhanced Commissions Project : Coordinate the project status and completion of 40 remaining Enhanced Commissions projects through 2025 and 2026 in collaboration with other team PMs.
- Future Projects : Take a proactive role in managing additional projects in the pipeline.
