Job Title: Operations Project Manager
Location: Fully Onsite
Employment Type: Interim to Hire
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in business operations and/or accounting to join our team immediately. This role will focus on overseeing critical business operations projects, working closely with other project managers to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Unit Projects: Manage the implementation of NetSuite Centralized Commission Payables processes across approximately 100 business units.
- Year-End 1099 Reporting: Oversee and ensure the successful completion of 1099 reporting for 2024, targeted for completion by January.
- Enhanced Commissions Project: Coordinate the project status and completion of 40 remaining Enhanced Commissions projects through 2025 and 2026 in collaboration with other team PMs.
- Future Projects: Take a proactive role in managing additional projects in the pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Project Management experience within business operations or accounting environments.
- Certifications: PMP certification or strong formal PM experience.
- Specialized Knowledge: Experience with Sales Commission platforms, with a preference for NetSuite.
- Skills: Ability to lead and provide best practices, with the skill to mentor and develop other PMs on the team.
Timing & Onboarding:
- Start Date: ASAP
This is a fully onsite position with the potential to transition from Interim to Hire, and we're looking for a seasoned project manager who can make an immediate impact in our fast-paced environment.
