Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Epoxy Installer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in epoxy installation. The ideal candidate should be reliable, hardworking, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. As an Epoxy Installer at Infinity Epoxy and Concrete Coatings, you will be responsible for surface preparation, epoxy application, and delivering top-notch results on a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing floors before application.
- Mix, apply, and finish epoxy coatings to ensure a smooth, durable, and high-quality result.
- Install decorative and non-decorative epoxy systems for commercial and residential projects.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to ensure satisfaction.
- Inspect completed work for quality, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in epoxy flooring installation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work between 35-55 hours per week.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must follow safety standards and procedures.
