As a Business Development Research Lead, you will play a key role in supporting our growth by sourcing, analyzing, and prioritizing high-value leads. You will leverage tools like Salesforce and ZoomInfo to identify new prospects while also thinking creatively to uncover untapped opportunities. Each week you will created curated outbound outreach lists for each member of the Business Development team.

Your Knowledge And Skills
- Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and/or similar research tools to identify and analyze leads.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize high-value targets.
- Understanding of commercial real estate, architecture, or construction is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset.

- Conduct thorough lead research to identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and other tools to build and maintain a high-quality lead pipeline.
- Develop a deep understanding of Infinity Group’s business model and ideal client profile within corporate and behavioral health markets.
- Prioritize leads based on key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, Directors of Real Estate, and Facilities Directors.
- Ensure behavioral health leads are PE-backed and actively investing in their spaces to maximize conversion potential.
- Collaborate closely with the BD team to ensure they have the right information to engage prospects effectively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging market opportunities, and competitive insights.
