Nursing home consulting company is seeking an experienced Controller/Director of Treasury and Cash Management. This is not a remote position. Long term care nursing home experience is required.

- Cash management. Should be highly proficient in cash flow management, modeling, and projections.
- Day to day Treasury functions and cash management. Download transactions from Bank’s Portal into excel and plan and forecast cash management.
- Proficient in preparing and submission of borrowing bases to the Asset Based Lending (ABL) banks and lending institutions. Should be familiar with asset-based lending borrowing base calculations.
- Financial statement preparation, variance analysis.
- Budget preparation, variance analysis
- Management and support of team members.
- Attention to details and strong organizational skills required.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Assist supervisor on various projects.
- General knowledge & understanding of GL accounts and how they relate to banking and cash transactions.
- Good understanding of overall general accounting functions of nursing homes and how it relates to various aspects of AR, AP, PR, GL etc.
- Able to work in team environment.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP required.
- Point Click Care (PCC) software experience required.
- 5-7 years of related nursing home accounting experience needed.
