Position Overview :
Responsible for taking a primary leadership role in managing the bank accounts administration, monitoring liquidity needs, minimizing cash balances across the organization. Also requires expert knowledge of the treasury process and controls within those processes in order to identify and assist in developing system enhancements and documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Treasury
Lead the consolidation of cash management banks and bank accounts.
Minimize cash needs and maximize cash efficiency across the company.
Monitor liquidity needs of Mitsubishi HC Capital America, Inc. (MHCA) consolidated entities both in the short term and long term.
Maintain control of policies and procedures over cash accounts and ensure cash management account structure is efficient and access is in accordance with internal guidelines.
Maintain strong relationship with banks, AHC treasury department and other financing sources, to ensure that we achieve most competitive financing.
Review with general counsel or outside counsel and understand any new debt agreements entered into by MHCA consolidated entities.
Assist in the forecasting of future interest expense and debt levels as part of periodic budget. Assist in explaining future variances to budget.
Assist in identifying system enhancement to automate routine or eliminate inefficient processes, while providing a systematic audit trail in the Treasury area
Implementation and maintenance of the Kyriba treasury system
Consolidate banking systems across the integrated business.
Interview banks and work with parent treasury in identifying bank with best treasury management capabilities to roll out across business.
KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) :
Drive improvements in the treasury management process to minimize interest and fees by maintaining appropriate levels of liquidity for the organization.
Develop and enhance appropriate internal controls and segregation of duties to ensure safekeeping of the organizations cash position.
Reduce overall cash balances across the organization.
Responsibility and Decision-Making Authority :

Management / Supervisory Responsibilities :
Leadership role in the Treasury function.
Qualifications :
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Expert knowledge of Kyriba treasury management system preferred.
Expert knowledge of bank treasury management systems and experience being account administrator and ensuring proper controls are in place.
Expert knowledge of cash forecasting techniques.
Experience working in a Treasury environment requiring SOX 404 compliance.
Knowledge of general accounting required.

Education and Experience :
BS Accounting or equivalent experience.
MBA and / or CFA / CPA preferred.
6-10 years’ experience, preferably 5 years in Treasury environment.

Hours may vary and will require evening work and weekends depending on business needs and will require working overtime.

Occasional travel related to attendance at industry seminars or meeting with bank representatives or visiting other offices.

Salary Range : ($183,600 to $210,100) per year, plus a discretionary Bonus.
The salary range is determined and based on internal equity, market data / ranges, applicants skills, prior relevant experience, and education.

Salary : $183,600 - $210,100
