Infinity Healthcare Management is currently seeking a full-time Regional Director of Operations to consult with our skilled nursing facilities in the Chicago area. Infinity Healthcare Management is a health care consulting organization specializing in long-term care. We provide oversight to skilled nursing facilities. Infinity focuses on advising and assisting the facilities they work with to maintain an exemplary relationship and high standard of care for both residents and employees. Infinity consultants have a deep knowledge base learned through years of education and clinical work. They are able to share this knowledge with their clients to assist the client-nursing facilities in providing the very best in patient care and efficient operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for oversight of your assigned facilities, assisting the Administrators with the overall operations, and adhering to all state and federal regulations. This position will require extensive travel within the area of Chicago with limited overnight stays. This position reports to the Regional Vice President.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience with multi-facility oversight in the long term care industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Health Care Administration or similar degree
- Must be a licensed NHA in good standing
- Ability to effectively develop and implement marketing plans.
- Must have a strong knowledge of state and federal regulations that govern skilled nursing facilities.
- Be able to effectively work with teams at all levels.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to prepare and analyze budgets and financial reports.
- Able to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a positive and constructive manner.
- Ability to prioritize and concurrently manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with and supervise others as an effective leader and team player.
- Ability to effectively evaluate performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Ability to respond in a calm and professional manner in stressful situations
- Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance liability policy

Salary : $74,100 - $93,800
