Infinity Healthcare Management is seeking experienced senior accountant. Long term care nursing home accounting experience a MUST. Position will support a group of long term care nursing homes in all accounting functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Bank reconciliations – Should be able to do bank reconciliations in a fast paced environment
- Cash Management. Should be highly proficient in cash flow management, modeling and projections
- Review and close A / P
- Proficient in preparing and submission of borrowing bases to the banks and lending institutions. Should be familiar with asset based lending.
- Journal entries / general ledger expertise
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Budget preparation, variance analysis
- Work with external CPA firms for submission of Medicaid and Medicare cost reports
- Assist supervisor on various projects
