What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator position at Infinity Marketing Team, LLC?
The Account Coordinator position will assist the Account Managers and Account Director on several accounts. This position provides the opportunity to work on both experiential and virtual events for Fortune 500 clients. Experience in both onsite event production, as well as an interest in influencer marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Send out meeting agendas and recaps
- Track and organize project action items and deliverables
- Create decks for client presentations (light design experience a plus)
- Research potential venues and create correlating presentations
- Review vendor proposals and budgets for submission to Account Manager
- Assist with pre-planning, execution and post event responsibilities as assigned
- General research and booking of hotels, transportation, catering, and misc. event needs
- Administrative work including ordering supplies, maintaining messenger/FedEx services, etc.
- Create and track metrics for event recaps
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years in events, marketing, or project management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Passion for events
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Adept at problem solving and resolving conflicts
- Results oriented with a team-first attitude
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to travel between 10% and 50% dependent on the season and as business requires
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary
Salary : $68,000 - $75,000
