Description
As a Project Lead, you will manage projects for multiple clients ensuring high quality, on time, on brand and on budget delivery. You will use your specialty in video production to support the growth and betterment of the video team and video clients and also manage of the full spectrum of integrated marketing tactics for assigned clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee management of projects for multiple clients effectively utilizing designated platforms ensuring high quality, on time, on brand and on budget results
- Own a job type specialization (in this case, video) within the Project Management team according to experience and organization need
- Oversee Video Production Lifecycle: Manage all phases of video production, from concept development and pre-production planning to filming, editing, and final delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with clients, directors, editors, account managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals and vision
- Budget Management and Resource Allocation: Develop and maintain project estimates and scopes, allocate resources efficiently
- Own project financial accountability for assigned clients including estimates, scopes of work, and efficiency.
- Communicate proactively regarding questions, status updates, and other details to the Client Services team, other employees on the account, and the client as needed.
- Ensure client’s brand, values and products/services are accurately and effectively communicated
- When owning accounts that are Creative only (not Integrated), function as the day-to-day contact for clients; owning client calls, agendas, recaps, projections and overall communication to achieve client satisfaction
- Support the Client Services and New Business teams with proposal development for clients and prospects outside of assigned clients
