Infinity Natural Resources is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal oil and gas marketing team while collaborating across multiple departments. This is a full-time onsite position and can be based out of our office location in Morgantown, WV or Houston, TX.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis related to oil and gas market fundamentals, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
- Monitor and forecast revenue streams from oil, gas, and NGL sales, while concurrently tracking and projecting fees and expenses related to gathering, processing, and transportation
- Build and maintain system flow and utilization models
- Collaborate with the GIS team to ensure asset maps and schematics for commercial operations remain updated
- Oversee up-to-date records of all current marketing agreements
- Coordinate with the production and planning team to monitor production forecasts
- Assist the accounting team in executing month-end closing activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Energy, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in commercial analysis, business analysis, or a related field within the oil and gas industry strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with vendors, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary
- Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job
- Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings
- Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents
- Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
