Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Store Manager and Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with embroidery machines and a strong background in garment construction. This role involves operating machinery to fabricate and sew various fabric products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role will also manage our retail store.
Duties
- Operate embroidery machine and other equipment efficiently to produce garments according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the sewing process and implement solutions promptly.
- Shipping and receiving

- Excellent customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience operating embroidery machines is essential.
- Familiarity with garment construction techniques and processes is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
