Embroidery Machine Operator/Store Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with sewing machines and a strong background in garment construction. This role involves operating machinery to fabricate and sew various fabric products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role will also manage our retail store.

Duties

• Operate sewing machines and other equipment efficiently to produce garments according to specifications.
• Fabricate and sew fabric components while adhering to quality control standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the sewing process and implement solutions promptly.
• Shipping and receiving
• Deliveries

Requirements

• Proven experience operating sewing machines is essential.
• Familiarity with garment construction techniques and processes is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
