Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated engineering manager to lead the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) organization on the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) Enterprise OPIR Solution (EOS) contract. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership abilities, a strong technical background, and a passion for personnel development.
Please note, this position is contingent upon successful capture of the FORGE EOS contract.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management :
Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, fostering career growth and technical excellence
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with technical roadmaps, performance objectives, and contractual requirements
Collaborate with program management and senior leadership to define technical strategies and milestones
Maintain and enhance engineering processes aligned with contractual requirements, DoD standards (e.g., MIL-STD, DODAF), and industry best practices (e.g., CMMI)
Serve as a key technical representative in meetings with government stakeholders, teammates, and product users

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred
Clearance Requirement
Active DoD Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
