Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to support the documentation needs of the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) Enterprise OPIR Solution (EOS). The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documents, user manuals, training materials, and other program-related content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with customer and program requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical writing for DoD aerospace programs and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
Please note, this position is contingent upon successful capture of the EOS contract.
Primary Responsibilities
- Documentation Development :
Create and maintain a variety of technical documents, including system manuals, user guides, training materials, and technical specifications
Work closely with systems engineers, software developers, test engineers, and other technical staff to gather and interpret technical information
Review and edit technical documents for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy
Organize and manage documentation libraries, ensuring easy access for internal teams and external stakeholders

Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered
Clearance Requirement
Active DoD Secret clearance. Top Secret with SCI eligibility preferred
