What You'll Be Doing as an Office Assistant:
- Be the first friendly face that greets visitors, clients, and team members
- Answer and direct calls and emails with professionalism and a helpful attitude
- Keep the office organized and fully stocked with supplies (and yes, snacks)
- Coordinate schedules, assist with meeting planning, and manage shared calendars
- Support internal teams with printing, filing, organizing, and small projects
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and outgoing shipments
- Help plan team events and celebrations—we love birthdays, themed days, and a good surprise lunch
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For in Our Office Assistant:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
