Minimum Qualifications
One of the following:
- 8 of the most recent 10 years' experience performing executive secretarial duties
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration and 6 of the most recent 8 years’ experience performing executive secretarial duties
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 4 of the most recent 6 years' experience performing executive secretarial duties
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proficient with Microsoft Office platform, project management, audio visual equipment, and other digital platforms as required
Demonstrated ability to deal discreetly with sensitive and confidential information and to work independently, making limited decisions based on knowledge of system policies and procedures
Responsibilities
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the assigned executives and/or administrators. Performs diversified administrative duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature according to established standards. Maintains board minutes and corporate records for multiple entities. Works independently with little supervision.
