What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret /SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? You will be supporting the analysis and assessment of DoD Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities. Using your expertise, you will support identifying capability gaps based on current and potential adversary threats and developing solutions to enhance Joint Force operations. In this role, you will:
- Conduct analysis and assessment of DoD EW capabilities, identifying gaps in relation to adversary threats.
- Develop and provide EW capability gap solution recommendations for Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), portfolio management, integrated priorities, and the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processes.
- Engage in software development lifecycle processes, including research and database management, to support operational decision-making.
- Support military exercise design, modeling, and simulation efforts to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Perform independent research and contribute to studies, working groups, and portfolio management forums within the Department of Defense.
- Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of experience as an EMSO operator
- 8 years of experience in DoD Governance, JCIDS & PPBE processes
- Proficient in JROC process
- Operations analysis experience
- Proficient in portfolio management review process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to travel as required
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
