What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Finance Manager position at Influential Search?
Our client is an early stage venture-backed fintech disruptor who is looking to hire their first Senior Finance Manager. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee FP&A, build financial models, and work closely with the company’s senior leaders.
Client is Series B with significant ARR and is growing like crazy. This Senior Finance Manager will be an individual contributor, but there is likelihood of hiring a team member in the next 12 months.
Client is remote-first and this person will work remotely, though will need to be based in the SF Bay Area.
Responsibilities :
- Build financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Prepare financial reports and management presentations
- Work collaboratively with accounting to gather data
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends and variances
- Prepare annual budget and periodic forecasts
- Work cross-functionally to gather data and support decision-making
