Influential, is looking for an Associate, Strategy & Analytics to translate audience, influencer, and campaign data into insights for driving optimizations and business outcomes. This role is responsible for leveraging data to tell meaningful stories. This role works directly with internal stakeholders to report on campaign deliverables (campaign performance data, sentiment analysis and social listening).

In general, your typical day will consist of the following :

Campaign performance analysis - leverage analytics dashboard in Traackr to export, aggregate and interpret data

Campaign sentiment analysis - reporting on the drivers for positivity and / or negativity

Social listening analysis - construct Boolean queries and using social listening tools (i.e. Brandwatch, Infegy, Netbase, TalkWalker, etc.) to analyze mentions, sentiment, consumer cohorts, and trends

Market research using tools like Global Web Index, Statista to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Being a Strategy & Analytics Associate requires :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

1 years agency experience in agencies, consulting, or previous analytics roles

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. spreadsheet formatting, pivot tables, vlookups) and Google Suite

Strategic thinker with a proactive, positive attitude and strong work ethic, who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and driven, enthusiastic about the digital space and multi-channel marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Knowledgeable of all major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch

Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the social realm

Thrives within a dynamic and evolving environment, competent at generating process and structure where none exists

Bonus points if :

Experience at a marketing-tech or media start-up

You're passionate about social media and / or influencer marketing

Salary Range : 65,000

dependent on candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location)
